With most agencies, you're a ticket number.
Not here.
No account managers, no ticket queue, no “let me check with the team.” You email the person who actually does the work — and small isn't a stage we're growing out of; it's the reason the work is good.
Whatever you send, it lands in the same place.
Pick anything a business actually emails about — then watch where it goes.

the person doing the work
Straight to Joey. He set up your profile — he's the one watching your rank.
We repositioned
when the data said so.
JAG started in 2020 doing exactly one thing: paid ads for local businesses. One service, done with total focus — that part hasn't changed.
What changed is where local customers actually come from. Year after year, we watched the same pattern: the businesses winning weren't the ones with the loudest ads — they were the ones Google showed first, with a website that didn't fumble the click. So we rebuilt the whole practice around that.
We give our clients the same advice we gave ourselves: when the data says move, move. Today that means two services — your Google Business Profile, and your website — run as one system.
The discipline never changed — only the target did. We didn't grow into two services. We repositioned into them, on purpose.
Three rules we won't break — even when it costs us.
Two services, zero dilution
We don't do ads, content calendars, or social growth. Getting found and getting chosen — if a piece of work doesn't feed one of those, we don't sell it.
A direct line, always
You email, and the person who answers is the person doing the work. No account managers, no ticket numbers, no 'let me check with the team.'
Proof over promises
No invented stats, no stock testimonials — on your marketing or ours. If you catch an empty section on this site, it's because we'd rather show nothing than show theater.
